Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything we sell is a digital product. Nothing physical is shipped, so there are no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery addresses — ever.

How delivery works

• Complete your payment through our secure Razorpay checkout
• A download link is sent automatically to the email address you entered at checkout, typically within 2 minutes of payment confirmation
• The link opens your complete bundle, hosted on Google Drive
• Your access is lifetime — you can re-download your files at any time using the same link

If the email doesn't arrive

• Check your spam or promotions folder first
• Still nothing after 10 minutes? Email support@digitalassetlab.in with your payment ID and we'll resend the link right away

Delivery failures

If a technical fault on our end prevents you from receiving or accessing your purchase and our support team cannot resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, you are covered by our Refund Policy.
